The Professional Development Unit invited the Academic Staff to attend professional development session on “Exploring Teacher Identity in Changing Educational Landscapes”. on Wednesday, 5th of Feburary 2025, at 12:00 PM in Class 14.
This session will explore how teachers’ perceptions of their profession-whether as a job or a mission-impact their commitment and well-being. It will also discuss the challenges posed by an outcome-driven education system and how teachers can strengthen their autonomy and self-empowerment to navigate ongoing changes. The lecture aims to highlight the importance of building a balanced professional identity that sustains teachers’ motivation and enhances their role in driving positive educational change.
