Education Minister, Chairman of the Higher Education Council Board of Trustees, Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma received Chairman of Ahlia University Board of Trustees Prof. Abdulla Yusuf Al Hawaj and Ahlia University President Prof. Mansoor Ahmed Alaali.
The meeting was also attended by the Higher Education & Research Advisor, Acting Assistant Secretary-General for the HEC, Dr. Farzana Abdulla Al Maraghi.
During the meeting, the Minister was briefed the University’s development plans and academic programmes for the coming period.
The meeting also focused on supporting higher education institutions to enable them to meet excellence and quality standards and provide the labour market with qualified graduates.
