Elmer has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, with an emphasis on Organizational Management and Specialist in Production Engineering of the Distrital University “Francisco José de Caldas” of Colombia; he graduated in Industrial Engineering from the same university. He is currently Scrum Master in BBVA Colombia.
